Spectra-Ingenuity are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Toowoomba, QLD.
This full-time role will report to the Operations Coordinator and responsibilities will include:
Manage and maintain maintenance of assets in the Toowoomba workshop including:- Preventative maintenance management for the equipment fleet- Maintenance of field equipment- Upkeep of operational assetsUtilise the existing MEX CMMS systemImplement, track and monitor maintenance programs for field equipment and vehicle fleetActively contribute to asset lifecycle planning and replacement strategyCarry out mechanical repairs on equipment to a high standard as requiredDevelop field crew assessment program in relation to equipment preventative maintenance programsAssistance with field training of Spectra personnel in maintenance of equipmentReview and develop standard operating procedures for regular workshop tasksOversee regulatory compliance in workshop operations, in particular QA and safety systemsAssist in preparation and compliance for annual ISO auditsProvide assistance to HSEQ Manager where requiredWhat we're looking for Skills Trade qualified mechanic or fitter preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skills including writing clearly and presenting numerical data effectively, attention to detailEffective interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentialityDisplay a high level of mechanical aptitudeDemonstrated ability to manage own time, use time effectively and prioritise workloadsComputer literacy including the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet browsing programsKnowledge Demonstrated knowledge of customer service principles and protocolsKnowledge of supplier communications and relationshipsKnowledge of efficient workshop operations, workflows and processesUnderstanding of basic supply chain principlesWhat we offer Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for career development and progressionSupportive and collaborative work environmentTraining and development programs to enhance your skillsAbout us Spectra-Ingenuity is a leading provider of innovative solutions in the energy, mining and resources sectors.
