Maintenance Coordinator

Hourly Rate: $45p/hWorking Hours: 8am-4pm (Mon-Fri)Location: NSW 2000About the Role:They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join their team and oversee the maintenance and upkeep of Specialist Disability Accommodation homes across NSW. They will be responsible for coordinating maintenance tasks, managing contractors, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.Key Responsibilities:Fault Verification: Verify faults with electrical systems, plumbing, and appliances in SDA homes.Coordinate maintenance tasks, including repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance.Manage relationships with contractors and service providers and schedule maintenance work.Monitor the condition of SDA homes and address any maintenance issues promptly.Qualifications and Skills:Proven experience in a maintenance management role.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.A valid driver's license.Facilities Management experience.Relevant computer skills.Experience in verifying faults with electrical systems, plumbing, and appliances.Additional Requirements:A current police check is required.A company-provided phone and laptop will be provided.A car allowance will be provided.Roana SantosConsultantManpowerGroup is committed to being a Diversity Confident Recruiter and encourages applications from people from a diverse range of backgrounds, including people with a disability.
