The key focus of this role is managing the inbox to schedule and coordinate 3-month maintenance checks for client's post-handover whilst supporting the wider maintenance team.
More specifically, you will:
Monitor and Maintain the Maintenance inboxLiaise with clients and allocate work to our Assessors/Serviceman for inspections, maintenance service dates and general maintenance requirementsManage calendars and processing of paperwork at the end of each appointmentProduce service requests, purchase orders and inspection reports relating to scope of workComplete follow up calls and emails with customers to ensure completed work satisfaction and provide the customer with their updated inspection reportFollow up on outstanding orders and service requests, which will require outbound calls to our service providersAssist with general administrative duties, including but not limited to scanning, filing and typingAbout you You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger.
In addition, you will:
Have previous experience in a customer support role and exceptional workflow managementShow empathy and communicate with clients and various teams to provide information and updates on maintenance worksPossess outstanding prioritisation, organisational, and planning abilities with the ability to work under pressureHave knowledge of property maintenance, building & construction processes (preferable but not essential)Exhibit a positive attitude with the ability to work independently or within a teamInterested? The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening and depending on the inherent requirements of the role, may involve the completion of a National Police Check and pre-employment medical.
