Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities: Coordinate all maintenance and minor projects to completion, including job set up, purchase orders, coordinating trade labour, customer reporting and invoicing.
Be able to respond in a timely manner to all maintenance requests.
Efficiently manage trade / labour resources to complete works.
Develop relationships with customers.
Ensure that all customers receive regular reporting on the maintenance job status.
To be able to work independently and as part of a team In addition to your daily tasks, you will also be required to: General day to day administration and coordination of projects as requested Provide administration support to the project team This role will be reporting directly to the General Manager of the business Opportunity for Interstate and international travel Skills/ Requirements: The successful candidate will have: High attention to detail Excellent organisation and time management skills Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Proactive approach seeking new responsibilities Relationship building skills A high standard of personal integrity, self-discipline, and responsibility.
Excellent written and verbal communications, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite The ability to organise themselves and others, prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and manage continuous change and its consequences effectively Ability to take initiative and desire to help the team achieve outcomes Work experience in either maintenance or the fit-out Industry is desirable, or a trade background - but not essential Please note that you will need to be prepared to undergo a medical examination and Police Check as part of this recruitment process.
