This includes the servicing, maintenance, and repair of equipment per servicing and operational requirements.Reporting to the Orchard Manager, you will have the autonomy to:Assist the Orchard Manager in the planning, monitoring, and managing of key deliverables by achieving the long-term sustainability of orchard equipment.Liaise with contractors to ensure timelines and scoped works are conducted within the planned maintenance programs in a safe environment.Assist the management team with the development of master equipment matrix and recording of individual equipment activities.Support and participate in the development of a team culture within Olam Almond Orchards.This is a 'hands-on' role for someone who is trade qualified or has relevant experience and has an output focus, who is able to think on their feet, troubleshoot, and lead the team.To be considered for an interview, you will have small team management experience, an understanding of agricultural operations, and reasonable computer skills.
