ABOUT THE ROLE… This position is responsible for the provision of approvals to approved service repairers of passenger, commercial vehicles, and equipment nationally. In doing so, this role provides the resultant invoice for payment and manages maintenance costs incurred after the vehicle has been delivered to the customer. This role provides appropriate and accurate information while ensuring day-to-day queries and operational issues are carried out and resolved within agreed timeframes.
YOUR DAYS WILL INVOLVE…
Approve suppliers' requests for the maintenance and repair work on managed vehicles and equipment. Ensure all services carried out are within the manufacturers' service requirements. Ensure defective vehicle and equipment repairs are carried out in accordance with the current CoR and Health and Safety processes. Actively work with external suppliers to provide support and improve their EVO portal usage. Assist customers with general maintenance inquiries. A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU Qualified Diesel Mechanic Effective communicator both verbally and in writing, demonstrating good listening and probing skills. Critically analyzes information and solves problems, demonstrating resourcefulness, perseverance, and accountability. Please note, a requirement of this role is that you MUST be a licensed heavy vehicle mechanic.
