Rock N Water Landscapes manages the maintenance of the Deep Blue Hot Springs, located within the Deep Blue Hotel, Warrnambool.
The Hot Springs is an Award-Winning tourist destination, offering guests the ultimate natural geothermal mineral bathing experience.
We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our small team.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - As part of the Hot Springs Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for:
Monitoring water temperatures, levels & quality of natural geothermal pools & cold freshwater pools Taking water samples, testing & record keeping Maintaining plant & equipment Mixing & dosing chemicals Performing regular maintenance checks & responding to issues Cleaning pools & equipment Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, in a safe & timely manner WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Trade or Pool Technician skills preferable but not essential. Would suit someone with dairy industry experience or general plumbing knowledge. On site training provided.
Basic experience using hand/power tools & hardware preferred Reliable, energetic & self motivated with the ability to work alone Ability & flexibility to work across a variety of shifts within our operating hours of 6am to 9:30pm Under the Hospitality Industry Award, availability is expected during peak seasons, weekends, school & public holidays TO APPLY - please email your application to: ****** Job Type: Full-time
