About this position: Kingborough Council has a vacancy for a Maintenance and Construction Worker with the Roads Unit.
This position undertakes general labouring duties and plant/truck operations associated with the maintenance and construction of roads and drainage assets.
You will need good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team, as well as being physically fit for work in an outdoor environment.
A white card and current driver's licence are essential.
Previous experience working in the civil construction sector would be well-regarded.

The outdoor workforce is currently working a 4-day week on a trial basis.
This arrangement is subject to review and may revert to a 9-day fortnight.
