The Asset Management team plays a crucial role supporting numerous teams across 20 service lines at Fiona Stanley Hospital. Our primary responsibility is to ensure that the Agility software system reflects accurately while being reliable custodians of data.
Much of our work involves data manipulation and improving the quality of data in Agility. Additionally, we generate key data for various stakeholders, such as maintenance task lists, and collaborate with planners to schedule maintenance activities. While the planners take charge of planning, scheduling, and dispatching, we provide vital support by extracting data and ensuring that Agility accurately represents our activities to facilitate effective planning.
This role requires a strong foundation in both maintenance and data management.
This dynamic role involves:
Maintenance of hospital electronic asset register, including asset data collection, data attribute verification, data editing, and ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.Preparation of asset data for asset onboarding, asset disposal, and asset register updates.Communicating with asset custodians and stakeholders in the collection and verification of asset information.Undertaking investigations into asset data.Undertaking asset data quality enhancement activities and providing reports where required.Ensuring that Serco grows our level of maturity in maintenance and asset management by identifying and implementing maturity opportunities.Serco is a place for you.
To be successful in this role you'll have:
Understanding of the maintenance domain (Planned & Reactive maintenance, Defect elimination, Maintenance data analysis, Maintenance and Asset management principles and methodologies).Experience with maintenance-related activities and principles such as asset register, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, asset life-cycle management, asset data, digital twin.Maintenance domain experience within asset capital-intensive industries (such as hospitals, universities, facilities, utilities, mining, government, etc.).Strong data capabilities with reporting and Excel proficiency as well as experience with software systems Maximo and SAP - PM is desirable.Certified Asset Management Assessor [CAMA] or if you are registered with Engineers Australia is desirable.As a fast-growing and successful global company, Serco's services span across the areas of justice, migration, defence, space, customer services, health, and urban mobility.
