We are looking for a Maintenance Administrator to support our Maintenance Team, with the ability to remain calm under pressure, make the role their own, and grow the teams capacity by seamlessly taking care of the administration of the maintenance on our fleet. This role is currently busy while we are upgrading systems and processes alike, if you enjoy rolling your sleeves up and making things better through your skills with creating processes, this role could be for you.
A typical day could look something like the following: Scheduling services for our fleet with our maintenance suppliers, this can be a busy job with over 3000 pieces of equipment to take care of nation wide.Creating relationships with our suppliers and customers - we are the triage! We look to work with our external workshops as if they are partnering our business, so its very important to us to maintain good relationships with them.Keeping records and data up to date for the system - the data input is one that is investigative, always checking to see if the information given to us is correct and being charged as it should be. There is an element of problem solving here, a keen eye for detail and a curious mind is important!Phone calls from our customers and suppliers around the maintenance of the fleet, being the hub between the two and ensuring all parties are happy. Working closely with our Maintenance Managers to ensure the fleet are in great condition and maximizing up-time hours of the vehicles Process invoices for the work orders on our vehicles - investigating manufacturers faults, warrantee issues etc. We are looking for someone with experience around the following: Outstanding administration skillsAn absolute stickler for detail - for this role the success is in the detail, eagle eyes are important Strong system and computer abilities Experience with Excel and the Microsoft suite.MYOB experience would be a plus.
