Fitters, Turners & Machinists (Trades & Services)OSM People is assisting a key client with the Maintenance Co-Ordinator role who will be responsible for managing the resources of both labour and assets to maximize utilization and efficiency. This role requires a trade certificate as a Heavy Diesel Fitter and knowledge of air compression, electrical, and hydraulics.Permanent RolePerth BasedCompetitive Rates and other benefitsKey ResponsibilitiesLiaise with the Drilling Operations Managers to define and deliver maintenance priorities.Accountable for the quotation, cost, and timetable for agreed-upon and planned maintenance for both internal and external third-party customers.Available as required for breakdown advice and solutions.Implement a preventive maintenance program. Schedule and coordinate major equipment refurbishments.Develop a Preventative Maintenance Plan in line with business needs and goals set by the General Managers.Track repairs and maintenance on a standard work order system.Ensure training, resources, and strategies are in place to provide employees with a safe and compliant working environment.Maintain and sustain relationships within customers and employees that position and reposition the business for sustained profitable growth.Communicate business purpose, objectives, initiatives, values, and policies in line with the company values and commitments.Foster and develop the corporate culture within the business and encourage open dialogue—relay field input to management.Work with the GM to achieve safety and financial targets.RequirementsKnowledge of Drill Rigs, preferably Sandvik.Knowledge of air compression, electrical, and hydraulics.Ability to use a computer.HR Driver Licence (Preferred).Forklift Licence (Preferred).If you're motivated, dependable, and eager to be part of a growing team, we'd be excited to hear from you!What OSM People can do?In return, we offer rewarding careers, genuine opportunities to develop and grow, and a workplace culture that values and recognizes effort and contribution.
