About the Role:?   We are looking for a Maintenance Administrator/ Stores person to join our high-performing team on a full-time basis, based in Shepparton.
The Maintenance Administrator / Stores Person plays an integral part in the Maintenance team providing high-quality, up to date stores inventory and spares support to reduce unplanned downtime.

What your day looks like:    Maintain machinery spare parts inventory and ensure timely procurement via SAP system.
Coordinate with external suppliers for cost-effective spare part solutions and respond to critical breakdowns.
Process goods receipt and related administrative transactions.
Ensure workshop cleanliness and support job readiness by picking required parts.
Collaborate with vendors, escalate key issues, and manage Maintenance finance/admin systems The Ingredients for Success:   Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and excellent time management.
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in manufacturing or supply chain, with contractor and production team management preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP experience preferred.
Forklift license required and commitment to food and workplace safety.
Strong problem-solving, planning, and interpersonal skills.
