Maintainer Mine Communications - AHS SpecificCompetitive base salary + multiple bonus schemes14/14 days and nights roster | FIFO from Perth to the Roy Hill MineFamily friendly even time roster to achieve true life/work balanceBe part of a technologically advanced mine siteAbout the role:The Automation Readiness team is currently seeking a Mine Communications Maintainer - AHS Specific to join them.Reporting to the Supervisor Mobile Maintenance, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repairs of the AHS onboarding technology systems to OEM specifications.
Carry out safe, efficient, and prompt inspections, servicing and calibration of equipment.Duties:Support and maintain the Autonomous Haulage System (AHS).Perform diagnostic checks and calibrations on the AHS.Demonstrate proficiency in using computer programs such as SAP and effectively communicate with the LinkOA (Mobius) system.Read and comprehend technical manuals, drawings, and circuit diagrams.Collaborate effectively with Epiroc and other contract partners to optimize truck productivity.Skills and Experience:Proven expertise in maintaining mobile equipment, with a willingness to learn about the Autonomous Haulage System (AHS).Trade qualification preferred but not essential based on industry experience.Strong knowledge of vehicle electrical and electronic systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficient computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite and mining software.Skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships with team members and key stakeholders.Strong focus on safety, environmental, and cultural heritage considerations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Current WA C class driver's license required.Mine Site Facilities:Modern, comfortable camp accommodationHigh quality gourmet food options (vegan, gluten free and healthy options)Large fully equipped gym facility, as well as a gym specifically for femalesHeated outdoor swimming poolBeach Volleyball court and Golf simulatorsVillage shop and extensive supporting amenitiesSWIFT in-room entertainment with comprehensive content and own-device casting capabilityActive social club with community events and activities for employeesLifestyle, Learning and Recreation initiative which provide events for your familyAbout the Company:Roy Hill is a world class mining company, leading the way through innovative, integrated mining rail and port operations, to export iron ore safely and efficiently from West Australia's Pilbara region.We are a company where people matter.
