14/14 days and nights roster | FIFO from Perth to the Roy Hill Mine Competitive salary and three annual bonus schemes Variety of Parental Leave options available for Primary and Secondary Caregivers Company contribution towards private health cover for employees and immediate family About the role: The Fixed Plant Maintenance team is currently seeking a Maintainer Fitter to join them on a 14:14 Days & Nights Roster based at Roy Hill Mine. Reporting to the Supervisor Fixed Plant Maintenance, you will be responsible for rectifying plant issues by supporting predictive, preventative, planned maintenance and practices while minimising plant down time. Duties: Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks as instructed by area supervisors Complete daily inspections of Process Plant equipment and report on its condition Ensure adequate materials and supplies are available to effectively perform the required tasks and ensure works are completed in compliance with Roy Hills Safety Policies and Procedures Complete Maintenance Work Orders electronically via the Roy Hill Computerised Maintenance System (CMMS) SAP Skills and Experience: Completion of mechanical trade apprenticeship Experience in the mining, resources or construction industry Current WA Drivers Licence, Unrestricted C Class required Forklift, Elevated Work Platform, Rigging and Dogging High Risk Work Licences Desirable Strong trouble shooting and problem solving capability Strong understanding of Critical Risks associated with Fixed Plant Maintenance Mine Site Facilities: Modern, comfortable camp accommodation High quality gourmet food options (vegan, gluten free and healthy options) Large fully equipped gym facility, as well as a gym specifically for females Heated outdoor swimming pool Beach Volleyball court and Golf simulators Village shop and extensive supporting amenities SWIFT in-room entertainment with comprehensive content, including all Fox Sports Channels and own-device casting capability Active social club with community events and activities for employees Lifestyle, Learning and Recreation initiative which provide events for your family About the Company: Roy Hill is a world class mining company, leading the way through innovative, integrated mining rail and port operations, to export iron ore safely and efficiently from West Australia's Pilbara region.
