About the role:
Are you a skilled Diesel Fitter looking for an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse fleet of heavy road transport and ancillary equipment?
Join our Mobile Maintenance Auxiliary team and play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our operations.Reporting to the Supervisor Mobile Maintenance, you will be responsible for the repairs and maintenance on a variety of heavy road transport equipment, including -
Isuzu, Scania, MAN, and Tatra trucks BCI coaches Ancillary equipment such as Hitachi excavators (up to 25 TON), Volvo and CAT IT loaders, Franna cranes, forklifts, tyre handlers, JLG EWPs, and skid steer loaders Light vehicle fleet including Toyota 4WDs, buses, light towers, and other small ancillary equipment
Duties:
Conduct thorough inspections, servicing, repairs, and maintenance on auxiliary support equipment Quickly and effectively resolve mechanical and electrical issues to ensure vehicle availability Execute scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks as directed Apply your extensive knowledge of products, techniques, and processes to carry out tasks efficiently
Skills and experience:
Proven experience working on road trains and ancillary equipment in a mining environment Australian recognised trade certificate Relevant licences: Forklift, EWP, crane, dogging, and basic rigging Current WA manual C class driver's licence required
