Due to an exciting project underway, Iron Mountain is rapidly expanding and seeking multiple Mail-room Team Members to join its friendly team.
Your New Role
As the Mail-room Team Member, you'll play a pivotal role on-site for one of Iron Mountain's key clients, ensuring smooth mail and package operations. This full-time temporary role, (insert job days & hours), presents an opportunity for permanency for the right person.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Organising mail sorting, collection and distribution.
Receiving, sorting, recording, and distributing mail and deliveries.
Performing general office administration tasks and additional duties as needed.
Scanning, filing, and retrieving mail documents.
Assisting the Team Leader in collating mail and courier data.
Adhering to company WHS procedures.
High volume data analysis and cross checking of data, some data entry.
Creating deposit slips
Printing connotes

About You
Previous mail room experience - preferably also experienced in document scanning or x-ray scanning
Ability to multitask and prioritise.
Basic-intermediate computer skills.
Self-driven with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
Must be able to pass a police check

** please note that the current vacancies are part time 4 hour shifts Mon-Fri in the evenings. If this does not suit your availability but you have the required experience - we encourage you to still apply as there may be other shifts available in the coming months. There are no full-time vacancies **
