THE ROLE We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated leader to join the Mahogany team as a Food and Beverage Supervisor.
Mahogany is located on our main gaming floor, at Crown Sydney and provides 24/7 luxury food and beverage offerings to our VIP gaming guests.
In this position, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day running of Mahogany by providing hands-on support to the entire front of house team.
The successful candidate will lead by example in all aspects of customer service, coaching, implementing initiatives, and developing staff.
ABOUT YOU Previous supervisor experience in a fast-paced premium dining or bar environment Passion for the hospitality industry Ability to coach and train staff effectively on Standard Operating Procedures Exceptional grooming standards appropriate for a 5-star environment Flexibility to work a rotating roster across 24/7 Strong product knowledge and intermediate stakeholder management skills WHAT WE OFFER YOU: Highly competitive annual salary Complimentary meals on shift, laundered uniform, and discounted parking plus more Applications Close: Sunday 12th January 2025
