Consultants (Information & Communication Technology) Full time Magnisol is part of groupelephant.com, which employs more than 4,000 people in over 40 countries. We are one of the world's largest and most experienced boutique HR, Payroll and WFM specialists, designing, building and implementing solutions for customers all around the world.
About the role We have multiple positions available within our growing team in Melbourne or Sydney, which will suit the right candidate, whatever your level of payroll, workforce management and/or HR experience. Dayforce experience, either as project work or "Business as Usual" will be highly advantageous.

The roles we are hiring for include:
Working with our clients to understand and document how we'll configure Dayforce to their business needs. Working with our team to design, configure and deliver a solution that works for our clients. Helping our clients along the way to get ready to use their new Dayforce solution, working side by side to get their people ready or by giving them advice and support throughout the project. Helping us learn how we can do better from project to project. About you If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
Great interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, organisational, and listening skills. The enthusiasm and energy to support a collaborative culture and ensure project timelines are met. A positive, proactive approach to communication and learning. Attention to detail and a commitment to customer service. Experience in payroll, workforce management, or HR systems.
