About the role We are actively seeking junior lawyers with an interest and experience in Administrative law to join our well-regarded Sydney Public Law team. The team is renowned for its exceptional mentorship and positive culture, supported by encouraging partners.
Working closely with a Senior Associate and Partner, you will work on a variety of public law matters, including administrative decision-making, merits review, and judicial review proceedings in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and Federal Courts. You will have hands-on experience managing matters from start to finish, attend and conduct case conferences, conciliations, and hearings, be responsible for preparing high-quality submissions, evidence, and legal documentation, and liaising with all stakeholders.
