About You
You're looking for a genuinely flexible work environment, and that often-spoken-about but rarely delivered, work/life balance.
You have at least 4 years' experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role, preferably in a small practice setting.
You have EXTENSIVE experience working with Xero.
You're committed to providing a high-quality service to each and every client.
The Role
Again, we're looking for someone with at least 4 years' experience, who can work autonomously or in collaboration with the accounting team, looking after a portfolio of clients where you'll be attending to their every need.
This includes, but is not limited to, bookkeeping, payroll, BAS preparation and dealings with the ATO.
You will be expected to assist and collaborate with other team members, so if the phrase "that isn't my job" is part of your vocabulary, this isn't the role for you.
The role could be part-time or full-time depending on your preference.
There is the option to work remotely, but we do ask that you are in the office as often as possible; otherwise, you'll miss out on the cracking office banter and team connections.
Salary is negotiable based on experience and ability.
