For State Director, Committee Facilitator to drive stakeholder engagement and influence policy for a leading industry association. A Permanent Full Time role within a key player in the infrastructure and construction sector.
Requires: Extensive experience in the infrastructure / construction industry and in managing members-based associations. Salary guide: over $200,000 per annum. Location: Brisbane. Your normal day will involve: Acting as the primary contact for assigned committees and facilitating their activities. Coordinating meetings, documenting agendas, and following up on actions. Building effective relationships with members, stakeholders, and political leaders. Guiding the state committee in implementing initiatives from the CCAA Council. Leading strategic planning and project management efforts. As the State Director QLD, you will play a crucial role in advancing the strategic goals of the organization by managing state committees and shaping policies that impact the sector. Your ability to foster relationships and articulate the industry's needs will be essential in representing our interests to government bodies.
