Job Description Within a leading national aviation service provider, we are looking for suitable Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (Avionics) to maintain and certify the electronic systems of turboprops for diverse aviation operations.
Requirements: CASA Part 66 B2 Licence (Avionics systems) Salary guide: $120,000 - $150,000 AUD annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Location: Regional NSW
Your normal day will involve: Performing and certifying maintenance work on aircraft avionics systems. Inspecting, maintaining, and repairing communication, navigation, autopilot, radar, and instrument systems. Troubleshooting and diagnosing faults in avionics systems using specialized tools. Installing, upgrading, and modifying avionics equipment to meet regulatory standards. Ensuring compliance with Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) standards and maintaining accurate records. Collaborating with other engineers, pilots, and aviation professionals to coordinate maintenance activities. Staying updated with the latest advancements in avionics technology and regulations.
