You will be working with the Macquarie Asset Management – Real Estate team with a focus on strategic planning, portfolio management, investor relations, fund reporting, financial analysis and transaction execution of new real estate investment opportunities.

What role will you play? As an integral member of our team, you will work with senior leadership on capital management including Equity Capital Markets and Debt Capital Markets projects, investor relations and the execution of new real estate investment opportunities. You will have key responsibility for the coordination of reporting for FIBRA Macquarie, financial modelling and management of strategic projects. You will also be responsible for creating presentations and investment papers for key governing committees.
What you offer 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, real estate or funds management A thorough understanding of corporate finance, investment and business reporting with strong financial analysis and modelling skills Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders A bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or relevant subject area (MBA preferred) Fully bilingual in Spanish and English We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us.
