Macquarie Electric is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our dynamic team.
With a primary focus on document compliance and effective communication, you'll be an integral part of our operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across the board.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean and enjoyable work environment Handle communication with third parties (clients, vendors, internal teams) Ensure document compliance and maintain accurate records Manage supplies, negotiate prices, and place orders Maintain and update company databases Support HR activities, including recruitment, reference checks, and issuing contracts Produce reports on HR activity and general administrative functions What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 2 years of administration experience Strong attention to detail, particularly in document management and compliance Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure Proactive, with a solutions-focused mindset If you're ready to contribute to a growing company, maintain essential systems, and help drive compliance standards forward, we want to hear from you!
