Join our Cybersecurity Transformation and Change Delivery team as Program Lead for the Information and Cyber Security (ICS) Risk Management Program to drive proactive transformation and maximise value from our investments.

What role will you play? You will be responsible for the strategic leadership, management and execution of the Program, including three key projects: Cyber Risk Management Evolution, Information Security (IS) Management and Regulatory Compliance.
As Program Lead, you will foster teamwork and stakeholder alignment while overseeing program delivery through a collaborative model with a Cyber Leadership Team representative and their Product Owner. Your key responsibilities include adopting governance standards, prioritising work strategically, managing resources and monitoring performance. You will also drive continuous improvement through quarterly retrospectives, maintaining the Program roadmap, facilitating 90-day planning cycles and supporting the successful operation of Portfolio / Program Steering Meetings. In collaboration with stakeholders, you will also co-design and deliver programs to achieve the North Star Cyber Product Outcomes.
What you offer: 7+ years' experience in Cyber Security, Information Security or Program Management with recent exposure to projects within the institutional banking or financial services industries.Proven experience with Risk Management Frameworks.Experience with risk profiling, cyber controls and metrics is an advantage.Adept at handling multiple stakeholders and managing their expectations within a challenging business environment.Strong leadership skills to drive and motivate cross-functional teams.Our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion: We are committed to providing a working environment that embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion.
