This role will be dedicated to crafting and executing Macmahon's strategic plan aimed at significantly enhancing our sustainability performance.
About the role Continuously track and evaluate environmental and sustainability metrics, ensuring alignment with the evolving project program. Champion the business's efforts in climate transition planning. Shape the mid and long-term ESG strategic vision, leveraging insights from both internal and external experts. Spearhead the promotion of Macmahon's ESG performance. About you Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Environment/Sustainability or similar. Proven track record in a comparable role within the mining or civil sectors. In-depth expertise in statutory requirements and regulations.
