About the role Conduct checks on underground and surface personnel to maintain standards and procedures.Coordinate, plan, and communicate work activities to meet client needs.Engage in reviewing site HSEQ plans, risk assessments, and registers, ensuring timely completion of corrective actions for each project.Assist and coach our personnel to achieve productivity and safety outcomes.About you Minimum of 5 years of operational experience in underground mining, including at least 3 years specialising in production drilling or cable bolting.Proven leadership experience to guide your team to new heights.Supervisors S1, S2, S3 or equivalent in applicable states.Cert IV in Training and Assessment would be desirable.Employee benefits Dedicated lifestyle, financial and mental health support.Salary sacrifice options for flights, vehicles, airport parking and so much more.Access to a wide range of employee discounts with Macmahon retail, vehicle, insurance, and banking partners.Ongoing career development opportunities to "Challenge.
