You'll lead by example, ensuring safety, productivity, and quality standards are met. With your expertise in industrial processing and demonstrated leadership in a manufacturing environment, you'll guide your team towards success while driving continuous improvement initiatives. About You Reporting to the site Production Superintendent, as a Shift Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in our on-site production team, leading with a focus on safety, efficiency, and teamwork. During the maintenance season (non-crush), you will help co-ordinate and supervise safe and efficient maintenance of the plant including delivery of improvement initiatives. A detailed position description can be found here.
The preferred candidate should possess the following:
Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Applied Science or Sugar Technology (desirable) trade qualifications will be considered also! Minimum of 5 years knowledge and understanding of industrial processing Experience in and knowledge of environmental management systems and processes Knowledge and end experience in the operation of manufacturing processes Demonstrated leadership experience in a Production and/or Manufacturing environment.
