Machinery Supervisor

About the role D. Trandos & Sons Pty Ltd t/as Trandos Farms is seeking a Machinery Supervisor to join our team.
This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day machinery maintenance and operations of sweet corn and green beans at our production facility in Neerabup, WA.
Responsibilities Coordinate daily operations and maintenance of production machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency Identify, troubleshoot and report any machinery issues or non-conformances and liaise with Shed Foreman and Directors for repairs Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules to minimise downtime Assess and monitor production records and reports to ensure they meet established quality standards and supermarket specifications Collaborate with Shed Foreman and production teams to ensure adherence to quality standards Supervise and train production staff on the proper use and care of equipment What we're looking for At least 3 years' relevant experience Strong technical knowledge of production machinery operation, maintenance, and repair Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify and resolve operational issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams Previous experience in a vegetable production environment is preferred, but not essential.
