O'Connors have a great opportunity available to join the team in a dynamic sales role in our Shepparton dealership.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated agricultural machinery salesperson to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and an understanding of the agricultural machinery industry and broadacre farming practices.
If getting out on the road visiting customers in the field, sharing your knowledge and passion of the agricultural industry, and finding solutions sounds like you, contact us today!
The successful candidate will be responsible for selling a variety of agricultural machinery products, consolidating relationships with current clients, and identifying new clients.
You will liaise closely with customers, grow the local market share, demonstrate equipment, and have the opportunity to promote and sell the product offering of the premium Case IH brand of agricultural equipment.
We are looking for:

A self-motivated individual with high integrity, strong ambition and passionate about the agricultural industry and its farming practices.
You will have a balanced mix of sales acumen, service, and business ethics to seek and close sales deals.
You will be persuasive and influential in your nature, present in a professional manner and go above and beyond to offer exemplary service.
You will need to have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Computer literacy, sales aptitude and an understanding of basic financial principles are required.
