WANTED Farm Hand / Machinery Operators - Moore Park, Oakwood and Childers QLDAbove Award Pay Rates / Above Award ConditionsHinkler Park Management (HPM) provides labour and services to HPP, and we are looking for Machinery Operators/Farm Hands to work on a full-time permanent basis at our Moore Park, Oakwood and Childers farms.What you will BringWillingness to put in an honest day's work.Reliability, good communication skills, safety focused, a keenness to learn, and a team player.Own transport to get to and from work & current manual driver's licence.Preferred skillsAbility to operate a variety of farm machinery in a safe and efficient manner whilst minimizing wear and tear such as but not limited to, tractors, macadamia harvesters, nurse tankers, sprayers, slashers, bikes and ATVs.Chem Cert accreditation (or willingness to obtain).Agricultural / farming background.Key DutiesPest management throughout the farms.Canopy management – pole saw / hand saw.Regular spraying – herbicide / pesticide.Physical farm tasks daily.Mechanical aptitude including the ability to service a machine following a defined procedure and identify quickly when there is an issue with a machine.Performing tractor work (slashing, spraying, applying fertilizer and weed control).What HPM Can Offer You43 hour week with applicable overtime rates.Above award rates and permanent opportunities.Work with a committed team with on-the-job training.Broad range of responsibilities, no day is the same!INTERESTED: Email your resume to ******
