Are you looking to start a career as a Machine Operator/Production worker?
This is an opportunity to join a great team based in the Winsor Gardens area.
Our client is a market leader in food manufacturing providing high quality food products to domestic and overseas customers.

The Role: Independently operating food processing machineryEnsuring product quality through high attention to detail and quality testingTroubleshooting and problem solvingAssisting other operators to ensure the team completes all production schedules on timeGeneral and periodical plant and equipment cleaningCompleting paperwork accurately, neatly and consistently throughout every shiftGeneral food processing and packaging. This client conducts 24-hour operations, so you must be willing to perform shift work on a weekly rotation:
Week 1: 7:50 am - 4:00 pmWeek 2: 3:50 pm - 12:00 pmWeek 3: 11:50 pm - 8:00 am What You Need: Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a food manufacturing environment is highly regarded but not essential.A great attitude and genuine desire to produce high quality resultsExcellent work ethic and a desire to get things doneA desire to learnAbility to multi-task and work in a fast paced environmentA willingness to undertake rotating shift workAble to lift 20kg frequently Randstad Benefits: Ongoing work every weekOpportunity for overtime and potential permanencyMultiple pay runs, to ensure you are always paid on-time Apply Today: If you are interested in applying for this Machine Operator role please apply now and provide your resume along with details of your relevant experience and licenses.
