Machine Operators

Our clients based in Dandenong South are seeking highly reliable MACHINE OPERATORS / PRODUCTION WORKERS to take up casual positions at their sites.
Roles will differ from client to client, from fast pace bottle filling to sheet metal working.

Your responsibilities,
Working with sheet metalInterpret drawings that are not overly complicated (desirable but not essential)Guillotine and brake press (to cut and roll)Setting machines / presses (highly desirable)Working on bottle filling linesFast paced production packingWill ideally suit individuals that takes pride in their work, and wants to really set themselves up for the future.  To be successful in these roles you are to: 
• Be reliable and able to work in a fast paced environment
• Physically fit and hardworking
• The ability to use hand tools and a strong background in assembly
• Forklift licence (NOT essential but highly regarded)

Our clients are extremely OH&S conscious so a strong knowledge of OHS standards and procedures is essential. You must possess good communication, be technical minded, with sound basic maths & reading skills. Along with the ability to be able to take instructions. You will be provided with on the job training and a site specific induction is undertaken upon commencement of the role.
