We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery to ensure efficient production processes. You will play a critical role in maintaining quality standards and meeting production goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and quality output.Set up machines according to specifications and adjust as needed during operation.Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns.Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and troubleshoot any issues.Maintain accurate production records and reports.Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a clean and safe working environment.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation is a plus.Proven experience as a machine operator or in a similar role.Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.Excellent attention to detail and quality control.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights and weekends, if necessary.Preferred QualificationsCertification in machine operation or related fields is a plus.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen. #J-18808-Ljbffr
