This is a perfect role for someone who has the competency to operate machinery working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

What your day looks like: Work autonomously and as team member to deliver daily production requirements against performance criteria.
Set up, changeovers, operating and troubleshooting of equipment within Arnott's OH&S, Quality and Performance Standards.
Perform process area cleaning to maintain company compliance, GMP and HACCP standards.
The Ingredients for Success: Just like you can't make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role: Previous automated machine operating experience working in a food manufacturing environment is highly regarded though not essential.
Demonstrated ability to easily learn these skills will also be advantageous.
Strong mechanical aptitude and a proven ability to troubleshoot on machines and problem solve products quality attributes.
Able to complete a full medical and mechanical aptitude testing upon request.
