Machine Operator

The Company: My client is seeking a Machine Operator within the production area for a full-time position, based in the Sans Souci, 2219 suburb in Sydney.
They are currently embarking on a phase of significant growth and investment.The organisation prides itself on being independently owned and operated, coupled with major and independent retailer relationships, ensuring they reach Australian households with good quality and delicious products.Shift Times Available:Day shift - Monday to Friday from 6 am to 2 pmAfternoon shift - Monday to Friday from 2 pm to 10 pmDuties will include but will not be limited to:Unpacking raw materials for batching and mixing & packing finished products accurately into boxesPerforming general production work and quality checks when requiredGeneral housekeeping/cleaning duties in your workspaceMonitoring manufacturing machines to ensure they are running smoothly and reporting any faultsFollowing & adhering to OH&S and food hygiene standardsThe Candidate may have any of the following:Food, FMCG, Pharma manufacturing experience is desired but not necessaryExperience as a packer or experience working in a fast-paced physical environmentTeamwork skills as well as the ability to work autonomouslyReliability and punctuality with good communication skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail, physically strong to be able to lift 20kgOn Offer:This is a great opportunity to start with a well-established organisation that can take you on a career journey starting from the ground up.
