As a key member of our dynamic team, you'll report directly to the Site Foreman/Leading Hand and be responsible for operating plant machinery, including Excavators and Bobcats. If you're passionate about working with heavy machinery in a supportive and safety-conscious environment, this is the role for you!
Skills and ExperiencesMinimum of a few years of experience with Excavators or Bobcats.A driver's licence, vehicle, and white card are a must.Must have relevant licence to operate Excavator and Bobcat.MR truck licence would be highly desirable but not essential.Ability to understand plans, take instruction, and work at heights.Willing to work on the tools when required and assist team members.Familiar with Work Health & Safety on commercial sites and contributing to a no harm policy.BenefitsThe successful applicant will be paid between $38 and $50 per hour depending on their experience and employment types.Opportunity to undertake additional training and courses leading to higher qualifications for enthusiastic individuals.Long-term career progression with a positive, enthusiastic, and professional team.Above award wages and penalty rates.The successful candidate will be required to travel to job sites across South East Queensland; please do not apply if you are not prepared to travel or do not have a reliable vehicle.
