About The Role
We are currently seeking motivated Machine Operators to join our salad processing facility in Bairnsdale. You will be responsible for working on the production lines and working effectively and efficiently towards strict food quality standards.
Night Shift 12:30am and Day Shift 9:00am shifts available - Must be physically fit, lift up to 15 kg sometimes repetitively, and have sound English both verbal and written to complete the required compliance paperwork. We do work some public holidays and Sundays during our peak period (penalty rates apply).
Key Responsibilities Operation of machinery and equipment on food processing linesAchieving output and line speed targets within set timeframesWorking in fast-paced production lines, ensuring quality and reliabilityEnsuring food safety standards are metMaintaining a clean and safe work areaAbout You A proactive can-do attitude with an invested interest in continuous improvement and advancement in your roleMust be physically fit, able to repetitively lift between 15-20kgBe willing to work in a cold environment (between 2-4 degrees).
