Role Overview: As a Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and contributing to the production of high-quality plastic piping solutions. Your responsibilities will include operating machinery, monitoring production processes, and adhering to safety and quality standards. This role involves working on a rotating roster, with 12-hour shifts alternating between day (0700-1900) and night (1900-0700).
About You:
Experience: Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment is essential or possess mechanical aptitude.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration with team members.
Forklift License: A current and valid forklift license is required, or a willingness to obtain one upon starting.
Flexibility: Ability to work a rotating roster, including day, night, and weekend shifts, to meet production demands.
