Role Responsibilities: Inspect and maintain machinery.Monitor milling operations and adjust processes.Conduct product testing and maintain records.Collaborate with production and sales teams.Ensure production meets quality standards.Assist in equipment cleaning and maintenance.Operate forklifts for loading and unloading.Maintain a safe and orderly workspace.Communicate effectively within the team.Key Requirements: Proven forklift experience with a current & valid licence (preferably in the food industry).Competence in pick-packing.Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic.Physical capability to handle 25 kg bags.Ability to adapt to changing priorities.Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Must be available for rotating shift work, Morning, Afternoon and Night Shift.Why Join Us?
