To succeed in this role you will need: Lead machinery operations for finishing flexible packaging jobs. Innovate and optimize machine setups and adjustments. Troubleshoot and resolve complex machinery issues. Oversee quality testing and comprehensive machine maintenance. Maintain meticulous documentation and support machine operators. Advocate cleanliness and organization throughout the factory. Reporting to the Production Manager your responsibilities will include: Drive adherence to Quality & HACCP Management System. Develop and refine work instructions and procedures. Lead machinery maintenance and problem-solving efforts. Collaborate closely with all team members for operational excellence. Ensure flawless cleanliness standards across the factory. Experience with working on flood coating machines & large scale laminating. Excellent Working Conditions: Full time: 40 hour week + 20% shift loading Annual salary reviews The position is Permanent afternoon shift: Mon-Thu.
