The Opportunity:Based at either Wacol, Welshpool or Rutherford branch, we are our seekingaMachine Analyst to work in collaboration with Komatsu Service teams and our customers to improve product reliability and performance, demonstrate new and innovative ways to manage and maintain our equipment and to supports our customers business drivers.
Key Responsibilities: Conducts performance assessments daily on a subscribed number of machines and provides actionable information.Regular contact with Komatsu Service and Customer Teams to communicate product performance issues and how they can be resolved.Monitors the recommendations and actions provided to ensure they are completed.Conducts ad-hoc analysis on equipment by request. Documents all interactions and assigns a value.
