Fantastic employee benefits with 6 Weeks paid annual leave Salary package commencing at $95,000 (inclusive of 11.5% superannuation and leave loading) Based in Areyonga Community This position will be based in Areyonga known locally as Utju and is nestled in a spectacular valley in the western end of the MacDonnell Ranges, about 240km west of Alice Springs. As the Council Services Coordinator , you will be responsible for overseeing municipal and commercial operations, including the management of key personnel working in a remote Service Centre. You will also coordinate operational service delivery and supervise Service Centre Delivery staff in the performance of their duties.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in a similar role including supervising, mentoring and training staff and have the ability to lead, motivate and mentor team members to foster independence and to increase local ownership of services provided. The ideal candidate will also have high level communication skills to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders including participating in mediation, negotiations and conflict resolutions.
