Maali Group is seeking applications for a range of employment opportunities to join our Electrical projects team, across the Infrastructure, Resources, and Renewables sectors. The available jobs on offer are:
Project Manager – Electrical Senior Project Engineer – Electrical Junior Project Manager – Electrical The team will deliver multiple projects across the state, focusing on electrical infrastructure, renewable, and resources projects. As we have a strong pipeline of work, you may be required to work across several projects at the same time.
Managing project budgets & costings, support the General Manager Operations, Senior Project Managers, Supervisors, and Electrical employees to deliver project deadlines for the clients. Liaising with key stakeholders across the business including company Directors, GM's, and Financial managers will be expected of all positions.
Our Ideal Candidate: Has previous experience managing multi-discipline contracts across construction and maintenance with a heavy weighting towards the electrical discipline Has had previous responsibility and exposure to managing a P&L. Is able to liaise with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders on a technical level and present reports, publications, and presentations in a professional manner Has a high attention to detail with the ability to remain organised to meet deadlines Has experience managing variations, liaising with clients, and contract administrators Is safety focused and able to contribute to continual business development and improvements Analysis and interpret drawings, specifications, and contract scope Self-motivated and able to work autonomously Essential Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering/construction equivalent Electrical Project experience – 1+ year for Junior PM and 5+ years for PM and Senior Project Engineer Cert IV in leadership and management or equivalent (highly regarded) OHS Construction Induction 'White Card' Drivers Licence C Class – Unrestricted As a majority-owned Indigenous business, Maali Group values diversity and inclusion and we strongly encourage females and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to apply.
