Maali Group is seeking applications for a range of employment opportunities to join our civil projects team across the Infrastructure, Resources, and Renewables sectors. The available jobs on offer are:
Project Manager – Civil Junior Project Manager – Civil The team will deliver multiple projects across the state, focusing on bulk earthworks, roads, and major infrastructure project works. As we have a strong pipeline of work, you may be required to work across several projects at the same time.
Managing project budgets & costings, supporting the General Manager Operations, Senior Project Managers, supervisors, and civil employees to deliver project deadlines for the clients. Liaising with key stakeholders across the business including company Directors, GM's, and Financial managers will be expected of all positions.
Our Ideal Candidate: Has previous experience managing multi-discipline contracts across construction and maintenance with a heavy weighting towards civil infrastructure construction Has had previous responsibility and exposure to managing a P&L Able to liaise with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders on a technical level and present reports, publications, and presentations in a professional manner High attention to detail with the ability to remain organised to meet deadlines Self-motivated and able to work autonomously Safety-focused and able to contribute to continual business development and improvements Essential Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering/construction equivalent Civil project management experience – 1+ year for Junior PM and 5+ years for PM Cert IV in leadership and management or equivalent (highly regarded) OHS Construction Induction 'White Card Drivers Licence C Class – Unrestricted As a majority-owned Indigenous business, Maali Group values diversity and inclusion, and we strongly encourage females and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to apply.
