We're looking for experienced Loss Prevention Officers/Coverts in Hobart and surrounding areas to support our Clients.
Available positions on a Part Time and Casual capacity.
The Loss Prevention Officer is responsible for detecting and investigating shoplifting, fraud in retail establishments.
The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work on a rotating roster.
Other duties include: Detection and Apprehension of offenders Working in collaboration with Clients and Police Support Client team members and other security services at all times.
Be a Deterrent of theft and report missing assets.
Respond to emergency situations.
Identify risks and provide mitigation feedback The ability and confidence to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
Frequently produce accurate reports Skills and experience First Aid Certificate highly desirable Proven experience in the Loss Prevention and/or Retail industries.
Excellent Situational Awareness and Observation skills.
Ability to identify Patterns and Potential behaviors leading to theft.
Excellent level of self-presentation and grooming standards A Positive and Proactive Approach to the day-to-day situations Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution Evening & Weekend availability Strong written communication skills, including incident report writing.
