We envision the successful candidate joining our Events Team to ensure the seamless execution of events from start to finish. This role will involve a combination of administrative and clerical responsibilities, with the candidate overseeing a variety of tasks throughout the event planning and delivery process, including but not limited to:
Arranging conference calls and meetings Reviewing memos and reports General office duties, such as organizing and maintaining files Answering phones and booking in meetings Purchasing supplies and operating office equipment Packing and organizing Events Logistics (Pre and Post Event) Recruitment including conducting interviews and hiring security staff Rostering staff according to events and their availability Building rosters and working within budgets to meet clients' needs Availability to work after-hours and weekends depending on our events calendar Working at Events across Victoria, comfortable working within Events Operation Centre/Using Radios (Training Provided) Requirements
You must have great communication and customer service skills. You should also be able to work independently, exercise good judgment, be proactive and take initiative. Must have a Valid Drivers Licence.
