The Opportunity
An Account Director at Greenhouse is responsible for managing client projects from brief to completion, with financial accountability for those projects under their remit. They will mentor more junior employees and assist in driving opportunity and revenue across the client portfolio. With responsibility for solving clients' business problems, they will work closely with Strategy, Creative and Production teams.
A snapshot of what you'll do
Act as the go-to person, responsive to client requests, expectations and business requirements.
Build and nurture beneficial working relationships with the wider agency team through actively listening and seeking guidance.
Seek to understand the Woolworths business and find ways to add value and drive the client business in terms of creative product, market share and brand recognition.
Strategically drive the client category, anticipating potential competitive threats or opportunities and making recommendations.
Lead fully integrated projects internally, oversee workflow and leverage all disciplines, particularly digital communications.

Skills & Attributes
Proven experience in a creative advertising agency as an Account Director, or a Senior Account Manager ready to step up.
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment with demonstrated leadership skills.
Passionate about great ideas, underpinned by commitment to delivery.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – a confident, credible presenter.
Action-oriented: Sees things that need doing – and takes action.
Proven experience managing digital campaigns and digital communications projects.
In-depth knowledge of Advertising (TV, radio, print production, sponsorships) with a real love for digital and social.
