M&A Associate (Energy & Resources) – Brisbane

Top-tier Brisbane opportunity for a mid level corporate Associate who is looking to take their career to the next level.
Location: Brisbane
The Firm This client is one of Australia's premier firms whose reputation stretches globally as one of the country's leading law firms.
The Role Sitting in the firm's M&A practice in Brisbane, you will be working alongside other Associates and Senior Associates on major transactions in the energy and resources sector.
Duties will be broad based including acquisitions, divestments, joint venture agreements, project development approvals and regulatorymatters within the energy space.
You This role is aimed at someone who has a good grounding within corporate transactions gained from either another law firm (mid or top-tier) or in-house legal team.
Prior experience of working on transactions in the E&R space is not essential but would be a huge benefit.
We are interested in speaking to people with 3 to 6 years post admitted experience.
