Skills & Experience required (and not all strictly necessary, but as many as possible would be nice) - Possess comprehensive knowledge in the functional and technical aspects of the Microsoft 365 / Power Platform Have proven experience across service delivery lifecycle and the demonstrated technical ability to design, coordinate and put solutions into practice Are experienced in providing customer support under Service Level Agreement (SLA's) and managing P1 items in a fast-paced environment Experience in Azure technologies Strong knowledge of the Power Platform Ability to develop and execute data migration plans Understanding of how SharePoint and the Power Platform fit into the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem Conduct training sessions for customers and junior support staff to enhance their understanding and use of Microsoft 365 technologies.
